Raiffeisen-Leasing International GmbH (RLI), located in Vienna, is the holding company of its leasing units in Central and Eastern Europe. It is 75 per cent owned by Raiffeisen Bank International AG and 25 per cent owned by Raiffeisen Leasing GmbH, Vienna.

RLI currently operates 18 subsidiaries in 17 markets. The broadest market coverage of all leasing businesses active in the region was attained thanks to purely organic growth, i.e. without acquiring other companies. The company ranks amongst market leaders in Albania, Poland, Slovakia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Ukraine and Moldova. Moreover, it is the leading international leasing company in Russia.
